The goal of this project was to map and document the existing start-to-finish process of the Veterinary Onboarding Process at Peterson Animal Clinic using BPMN so as to find any inefficiencies in the current process. As part of this project, I created a strategic level 1 process model (overview) and an operational level 2 process model (detailed view). The Level 1 model will describe the process overview and will be extended to a Level 2 model that will provide all the necessary operational details.
