This mini project aimed to map out and document a to-be start-to-finish process of a patient’s telehealth appointment at the Neomed VIrtual Walk-in Clinic using BPMN. This was to help the clinic find effective ways to make the process more efficient and improve patient satisfaction. The process was mapped out from the perspectives of a Patient, the Neomed Telemedicine App (System), a Clinic Administrator, a Physician, and a Pharmacy.
