The goal of this case study was to develop a vision document for the City of Monroe's Candidate Tracking System (CTS) and conduct a System Analysis of the CTS. As part of this case study, I put together some information gathering techniques and sample interview questions, developed Use Cases using the User Goal Technique, and put together the Use Case Descriptions for three Use Cases. I also designed a Use Case diagram, Activity diagrams, and a Class Diagram using UML Notation.
